Hi,

If there's one of the main business metrics the banks want to do well at, its customer satisfaction - Roy Morgan seems to be the default industry wide number for us, and each month the numbers are scrutinised and analysed. Of course we all strive to make our customers happy and have a good experience with the bank, it makes sense to provide good service and retain their business.

So the question begs, when exactly will someone launch a mobile bank for Europe and the UK? As it stands at the moment it takes 5 working days to cash a cheque into your own bank!! And don't even try to send money from your bank to the other bank over the road - the banking system is a joke. And yes i'm very upset that we bailed them out

Why do you say the banking system is a joke?
